Policy

Editorial Policy

CryptoScoopDaily exists to give people a straight answer to one question: is it worth it? This policy explains how we research, test, and review the tools and products we cover, and how we keep our verdicts honest and independent of how we earn.

Who writes and reviews our content

Our content is produced by the CryptoScoopDaily editorial team — writers and reviewers with hands-on experience using crypto exchanges, wallets, tax software, and DePIN devices as ordinary users. We do not publish content under fake authors or fabricated credentials, and we do not present marketing copy as independent review.

How we research and source

We base our reviews on real-world testing, primary sources, and verifiable data. Where we state a price, fee, yield, or earnings figure, we draw it from official documentation, pricing pages, or first-hand and on-chain data, and we cite our sources on the page. Crypto figures are stated at a point in time because token prices and product terms change; we note that clearly.

How we reach a verdict

We model the all-in cost and a realistic outcome for a typical user, not a best-case scenario, then land on one of three plain verdicts: worth it, depends, or skip it. We are comfortable recommending free options over paid ones, and recommending that readers skip a product entirely — including products we could earn a commission from.

Independence from revenue

Affiliate relationships and advertising never determine our verdicts, rankings, tool outputs, or warnings. Editorial decisions about what to cover and what to conclude are made independently of commercial relationships. See our affiliate disclosure and advertising policy for details.

What we don't do

We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, we do not make trading recommendations or price predictions, and we do not promote tokens. Our content is educational and informational only.

Updates and corrections

We review and update pages when products, prices, or token values change materially, and we date our updates. If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page — we correct mistakes promptly and transparently.
